WTX Truck Repair, LLC is a Veteran Owned and Operated truck and trailer repair company. Located in Monahans Texas on 464 Loop truck route and I-20, WTX Truck Repair, LLC can service all of the Permian Basin with a rapid response time. We specialize in 24/7 Mobile Repair however we have a full service shop that is capable of handling repairs bumper to bumper. Our Mechanics are experienced, professional, and in the business of getting the customer back on the road quickly and safely.

Logan Kinsey
age 21. Starting in June 2019 Logan went to work for Danco Trucking & Automotive Repair. Here Logan worked as a mechanics helper working on all different makes and models of big trucks and trailers. It is here that Logan learned: in-frames, brakes, wiring, pm services, a/c repair, clutches, and transmissions. Danco mostly operated with Kenworth, Volvo, and International trucks. In March of 2023 Logan got offered a promotion to go to work for Kaige Kubota. Here Logan specialized in equipment repair. Working on multiple makes and models of a plethora of different types of equipment. Kubota, Case, JLG, Sky Track, Heli, Genie, Extreme, John Deere, Mahindra, and New Holland just to name a few. Logan specialized as the lead for pm services, general repair, engine rebuilds, hydraulic rebuilds, transmission repair, clutch repair, and in-frames. Logan left Kaige Kubota to go work at WTX Truck Repair with his father on April of 2025. At WTX Logan is lead floor technician. Logan works on many different makes and models of vehicles and equipment. From lawn mower repair all the way to crane hydraulic services. No job is too big or too small for Logan. Logan is young but proven to be a asset to WTX Truck Repair.
Travis Kinsey
age 48. Travis started working professionally as technician in June of 1995 for West Texas Caterpillar equipment. It is there that Travis learned fundamentals of working on equipment, i.e. diagnostics, repairs, pm service, hydraulics, gear drives, tracks, and general maintenance. Travis worked here developing his skills until Fall of 1995 when he went to TSTC Sweetwater for Auto Tech. Travis graduated TSTC in spring of 1997 with full honors and top 3 in his class. After school Travis went to work for Brantley Trucking in April of 1997. At Brantley Trucking Travis specialized in clutches, brakes, electrical, wiring, winches, welding, tires, pm services, general truck repair, general trailer repair. Travis crafted his skill there until April of 1998. In April of 1998 Travis went to work for Freightliner of Austin. In Austin Travis worked as lead Tech. performing and teaching engine rebuilds, clutches, transmisision rebuilds, differential rebuilds, suspension components and rebuilds, general truck repair, pm services, and DOT Inspector. Travis worked here until May of 2001 when he went to work for Rush Peterbilt. At Peterbilt Travis expanded his knowledge to working on a/c repair, DOT Inspector, Cat engines, Cummins engines, Paccar engines, transmissions, pto’s, suspensions etc.. In March 2002 Travis went to work for Holt Cat where he expanded upon his current skills as well as developing new skills in the equipment side of repairs. Working on all types of Cat equipment and trucks. Performing tasks such as pm services, track repairs, hydraulic rebuilds, general equipment maintenance. Leaving in February of 2003 to work work at Donco Truck & Automotive in Austin. There he was promoted to shop foreman and was in charge of running the entire shop. Travis worked on multiple automotive automobiles, specializing AC repair, transmissions, engine repair, suspension work, rebuilds on everything, ordering parts, quality control etc. Travis worked here for 20 years gaining tons of knowledge, experience, and customer service. Travis left Danco to move back to his wifes hometown when he went to work for Kaige Kubota. At Kaige Travis was a service manager to the entire west Texas region. Here he learned how to operate and manage a company. Kaige specialized in equipment further expanding Travis knowledge in the maintenance field. Travis left Kaige to go work for WTX Truck Repair in April 2025. At WTX Travis serves as foreman of the shop and manager of the company. Travis has certificates in the following:
